Terms of Service!
General informations!
✧ Please provide lots of references, heavy and clear description of what it is you'd like me to draw as soon as you decide to commission me. I might ask for more details during the work process.
✧ All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.
✧ Work in Progress (WIP) will be provided for every stage (Sketch, Line, Color, Render) until the commission is completed.
✧ In the sketch phase, I do not charge for changes. If any changes on the final piece is required a change fee will be discussed and applied.
✧ I will not be accepting commissions with deadlines unless further discussed.
✧ I have rights to decline commissions if ever.
Copyright & Usage!
✧ I have the right to post/display my own artwork on any social media or my portfolio, including the client's commission. If it's a private piece, privacy fee will be discussed and applied.
✧ If the commission will be used for streaming, content use, vtuber branding (ex. Twitch, YouTube) a 1x fee of the total price will be applied.
✧ If the commission will be used to sell physical or digital products a 2x fee of the total price will be applied.
✧ You can not use my art for any NFT purposes.
✧ You can not Resell my work as adoptables or any other means of media.
✧ The client has the right to post and share the art if artist is credited.
✧ You can not edit or make any changes on your own on the art.
✧ All commissions are for personal use only, if it's for commercial use you need to clarify it and an extra fee will be applied.
✧ You have no rights to use unfinished commissions that were not paid, like some of my sketches. It doesn't matter if the characters are yours.
Payment!
✧ Payment via Paypal.
✧ Do not send payment before I approve the commission.
✧ Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval, then it'll be required 50% payment upfront so the commission can be started.
✧ Refund only admissible before the commission process has begun.
✧ If I'm not able to do your commission I’ll fully refund you.
